  • Express / Priority Shipping:
    Express shipping is a priority service and is delivered faster than standard shipping. Actual delivery speed depends on your location and regional courier capacity.

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. External factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or regional disruptions may affect delivery times.

 


 

2. Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 


 

3. Delays & Delivery Responsibility

  • An order is considered on-time if it is delivered within 12 business days of shipment.

  • Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect customer-provided information are outside of our direct control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Missing or “Delivered” Orders

  • If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Claims of non-receipt despite confirmed delivery may be investigated.
