Return requests are accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

Requests that do not include the required information and supporting evidence may not be reviewed or approved.
Approved Return Reasons
Returns may be approved only under the following circumstances:

Clear and verifiable product malfunction
If the product is functioning as intended, we reserve the right to decline the return request.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Returns are not accepted for delivery times that fall within the shipping estimates stated in our Shipping Policy.

If delivery exceeds 12 business days from the shipment date, a 25% goodwill refund may be offered at our discretion.
